¶ The Olgari Swamplands
A vast, mysterious wetland south of Greenhaven, the Olgari Swamplands are home to the Rakka people and countless creatures adapted to a life in water and marsh. The swamps are thick with vegetation, alive with sound, and full of danger and opportunity.
¶ Geography
Expansive marshland with interconnected waterways, dense vegetation, and occasional islands of more solid ground. The terrain transitions from forest edges into increasingly water-logged environments deeper into the swamp.
¶ Climate
Warm and humid year-round, with frequent rains. Mist often rises from the waters, creating an ethereal and somewhat disorienting landscape.
¶ Population
Home to the Rakka people, who have adapted to life in the swamps over countless generations. The swamps are also frequented by traders, adventurers seeking rare resources, and those fleeing civilization.
